No, we do not sell in bulk.

No, we do not provide customized products.

We are sorry to say that we cannot change the product in order once placed.

Modes of Payment

1. How do I pay for an order?
If you're placing the order through the website, all you need to do is select a payment mode at the end of the process, and e opt for a credit card, a debit card, UPI, or net banking. In case of return the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment method?
No, we do not have COD payment method.

Return & cancellation policy

1. Can I return / replace my order?
We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. NOTE: The product should be in its original packing, as it was received.
We Need an Unboxing Video of the Package to Claim the damage, without Video No Replacement will be Offered.
2. Can I cancel my order?
We cannot accept order cancellations on any custom - made or custom cut items past 5 hours after order placement.

Usually, we ship orders within 1-7 Business Days across India. Please allow 24 hours for your order to process. Be sure to add this duration to your shipping time estimates.

3. What shipping carriers do you use?
Our all products are delivered via reputed courier companies that are completely insured and reliable. We always believe in quality not in quantity. We charge much lower shipping rates in compare to other companies.
